- From 2001-2005, Ripple Effect Press was a literary book publisher located in Vancouver, Canada. The company was founded in 1999 by a small group of artists and educators committed to publishing innovative and provocative fiction, poetry and art from British Columbia and beyond. Our mandate was to provide a new publishing alternative for local and international artists developing and experimenting with their craft. We also aimed to foster an active appreciation of reading and writing in the next generation of youth.
