FAQ Regarding Service Details
What do I need to do to receive a quote for my countertop? Filling out our online quote form is the quickest way to receive a quote. You also have the option of printing out our quote form that can either be faxed or mailed in. If either of those options is too complicated simply call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-253-6587.
What decisions need to be finalized before moving forward with my project? Before we come and template you will need to have decided on the type of countertop surface you want, the color, and type of edge. You should also have also decided on a sink and faucet, which should either be on-site at template or simply let us know the make and model of each.
What do I need to do to prepare for the template of my countertop? We are able to template over your existing countertop so you will NOT have to remove your countertop. You should however, make sure that the countertop is completely free of any household appliances or other items. Appliances should remain in place. An adult should be present to make approvals on countertop details.
What do I need to do to prepare for the installation of my new countertop? If you will be having us remove your old countertop the day of the installation, make sure all household appliances and other items are cleared of the top and out of top cabinet drawers. Make sure there are no pictures or other valuable wall hangings in the work area. All sinks should be disconnected (this may require a plumber). If you have a cooktop you should also make sure this has been disconnected (this may require an electrician). A clear path should be cleared for carrying in your new countertop (some surfaces can be extremely heavy). We would also suggest you cover any items in the work area that may be affected by any dust.
