In 1978 Parnell Powell (also known as Pappy) and his wife Violet, began Pappy's Motorhome Rental in their driveway, renting their own personal motorhome. Over a period of years they continued to purchase additional motorhomes to rent, building a good clientele and reputation. This meager beginning has flourished into America's #1 Utah based motorhome rental company. Today Pappy's Motorhome Rental occupies six acres in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley.
