Our company, Redsands Design, is based in Canberra, Australia and was founded by Nathanael Boehm (Director) in January 2002. Our creative team is relatively small when compared to some of the big powerhouse agencies around - yet our size enables us to provide exceptional customer service through flexibility and focus.

But why is customer service so important? Well customer service is more than just answering the phone with a friendly greeting, or making you feel comfortable in meetings. It's about the focus being on you, and that what we deliver not only meets but exceeds your expections. Which means that we'll take the time to find out what your expectations actually are instead of assuming that we know best.

That said, our clients have always willingly co-operated with us and respected our professional skills and knowledge to enable us to also exceed the expectations that your clients will have of you and of the solution that we deliver. So before you ask for purple text on a red background, please do listen to us when we give you advice on good colour schemes, text readability and so on.
