Sterling has been helping families buy and sell homes in the Olympia, Thurston County area since 1991. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, Sterling also holds his Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is held by only 4% of Realtors in the Nation.
Sterling is a lifelong resident of the South Puget Sound area. After graduating from PLU he played two seasons of professional baseball before joining Windermere. He and his wife Lisa and two children Amy 8/98, and Brett 3/00, along with their Labrador “Brandy", make their home in Olympia.
His business is based on the goal of understanding his clients wants and needs and assisting them in finding a home that meets their expectations. His listing clients are provided with a comprehensive marketing plan including a broadbased internet presence as well as print media.
