Amy Greene has been really busy for the last several months, traveling around the country, talking with readers at book stores, doing interviews and promoting her novel “Bloodroot.” Soon the grind of the book tour will be over — until next year, when the paperbook version is released. Then it will start all over again. “Vintage Publishing is part of Random House but I understand I’ll have a new editor and a new publicist,” Greene said.
