We were looking for a small dog breed, to use as a ratter/ mouser, it had to be smart, sharp looking, obediant, need little grooming, not have a lot of genetic defects, not roam, not be hyper, get along with other dogs and have a reputation for being an excellent pet on top of all that (...we weren't asking for much were we?)
