Raines Brothers, Inc. was started as a partnership in 1955 when O.H. ‘Doc’ and Stanley Raines bought the assets of Smith Brothers Construction Company, started in 1916. The firm performs most of its work around the Chattanooga area, while also venturing out to other areas when requested to do so by its customers. Currently the firm is licensed or permitted to perform work in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina.
