(Colorado Springs, CO) January 2, 2004 - R-JetTek, the leader in inkjet technology solutions, will be identified by a new logo beginning in 2004. According to Steve Johnson, president, "We decided to re-design our logo to enhance our brand recognition in the marketplace. Our original logo has served us well since our founding in 1991, but with our renewed commitment to quality engineering and customer satisfaction, we felt it was a good time to update our image, as well.
The new logo design gives the company a more contemporary look without appearing trendy. Mike Warner, President, notes that "We wanted a new look to communicate a quality, innovative company that is solid and well-established. We feel this new logo does just that." Plans call for using the diamond icon as a branding graphic in the company's advertising and print collateral, as well as packaging and website applications. Warner adds, "The diamond icon reflects the quality we build into our systems and the inkjet re-filling supplies we offer."
The logo change is only part of a process at R-JetTek that has included significant engineering improvements to select components of its popular systems and a company-wide re-commitment to customer satisfaction. Warner adds, "Although we are pioneers in the inkjet refilling industry, it has become very competitive. We have taken positive steps throughout our company to improve everything we do to maintain our competitive advantage. As the single source for systems, supplies and the best inks R-JetTek is ready to move to the next level by building on our present customer relationships and expanding that customer base."
