Description
Originally established in 2000 R6 began life as a service organization providing technology support with great customer service to the local small business community in New Jersey and NYC. After struggling with software solutions that never placed the customer at its core and a move to southern Michigan R6 began to rethink software. With over 30 years of combined customer service experience the team wanted to change the way software development was handled and launched. We want to develop programs that not only we want to use everyday but that our consumers would want to use everyday as well. Each process of our development is focused on customer service from identifying needs, creating the look and feel, and ensuring ease of use.
