- Welcome to Quicksound! I set this up in late 2005 to address what I see as the shortcomings of several online stores. I wanted to create a site where you could easily browse and compare prices without stepping through endless graphic-heavy pages of un-ordered products. Those sites are fine if you know what you want and can use the search function, but what if you're just looking to see what is available in a particular category, or looking out for a bargain? Quicksound presents you with a longer list of alphabetically-sorted products and leaves it to you to scan the page and find what you want. You can narrow-down the list by filtering on keywords, or change the display order based on price or product name. What's more you can hover your cursor over a product title to see a pop-up thumbnail image of the item without having to go to a separate page. Finally, we now have a search facility that searches all the featured suppliers at once. Handy eh? I hope these innovations make your shopping for gear quicker and easier.
