Description
Early on in his life, our founder, Alfredo Ferrara, dreamed of owning a pasta shop in his native Italy. A store where patrons could purchase pasta and ravioli products that were made fresh daily.
Fortunately for us here in America, that dream never materialized. Instead, Alfredo and his wife moved to America where Alfredo started to work for a large macaroni manufacturing company. There, working and eventually managing the company he still had his dream.
Then, in 1972 it happened. Mr. Ferrara, urged on by his family and friends said goodbye to his job and decided to out on his own. It was then that Queen Ann Ravioli was born.
