The Mission of the QBTC, a not-for-profit corporation, is to encourage economic development in the Quincy Area by providing a business environment tailored primarily to business start-ups, home based businesses ready for their first expansion and businesses requiring assistance in the various management phases of successful entrepreneurship.
The QBTC serves as an effective launching pad for business operations having the potential for creating wealth and adding to the Quincy Area economic base.
A Facility consisting of 67,000 square feet on five (5) floors with passenger and freight elevators. Space consisting of single offices, suites and combinations of office space and light manufacturing or warehouse type businesses.
