Description
Society & Animals Forum, Inc., (formerly Psychologists for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), a 501(c)(3) organization, produces educational programs and materials on the relationship between human and non-human animals.
The objective of Society & Animals Forum is to reduce violence against human and non-human animals. The organizational activities include publication, design, production, and distribution of journals and other educational materials, workshops, and advocacy programs.
To reflect our expansion and name change revisions we have reframed the organization into three Divisions: Academic, Education and Training, and Researc h. Rather than a dramatic shift, the three distinguish the several areas that we have been working in for several years, as follows:
