About David
I was born in India in 1965 and spent most of my early life living abroad in Hong Kong, Holland and Belgium.
I became interested in Buddhism in my early twenties and spent several years working at the West London Buddhist Centre in Notting Hill, before leaving to work in the book trade. I retain an interest in Buddhism and meditation, which supports me in my life and practice as a psychotherapist.
I started my psychotherapy training at Spectrum in 1996. Spectrum is a centre for humanistic psychotherapy, accredited by the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). Please see www.spectrumtherapy.co.uk for more information.
