The financial impetus for the project came through the learning & Skills Council Centre of Vocational Excellence Initiative, which has provided support both regionally and nationally.
The propeller channel works closely with Skillset (the sector skills council for audio visual industries) and has the endorsement from its national executive board.
propeller is run by Propeller TV Ltd, a not-for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of the Grimsby Institute and is supported by Yorkshire Forward.
