We started in the beginning of 2003. The main reason was to make it easier for Internet users to buy printer cartridges on the Net. There are several problems that one face when searching for printer cartridges. Instead of everyone solving these problems over and over again we though it to be a good idea to document the findings we made when it comes to best prices, best inventory and best shipping options and publish them on this website.
Printer cartridge sales on the Internet is growing rapidly and the stores themselves almost always claims to have the best prices. This cannot of course be so. The purpose of this website is not necessarily to find and recommend the stores with the absolute lowest prices. In our experience there are a lot of actors who claim to sell brand compatible products that, after use, turns out not to be perfectly compatible or to be of less quality and durability than original printer cartridges or on-license produced printer cartridges. We therefore choose not to recommend all stores due to lower service quality.
Other reasons that some stores not to make it to our pages may be that they have poor customer support, deliver worng products (too often), have long shipping delays, do not offer secure credit card transactions or in other ways seem unprofessional enough not to be trusted in our point of view.
