PreListings.com was created by an internet entreprenuer that was trying to find a house himself. He thought he had the advantage when he signed up for services that would notify him immediately when a house hit the MLS/MRIS. Problem was, everyone else and their broker got this information on the same day.
So Frank LLosa created a system that would give its members a leg up. It will notify the buyers, or a Buyer Agent, a few days BEFORE a house gets listed on the MLS/MRSI.
The results have been amazing. Currently this service is free, however we reserve the right to charge in the future (you can cancel if you wish).
