and uninformed sales clerks, Dorothy launched Present Concepts in 1979. She has a simple premise -- bring quality items, into which an artist has put a piece of themself, gracious informed sales associates, and an inventory that one can browse through with value and individual beauty.
Dorothy wants to invite you into her stores, either in person, or through the internet, and experience the Present Concepts tradition of listening to the customer and making sure that all the details are correct.
