Epoxies and Adhesives
PSI’s specialty epoxy putty sticks, epoxy putty tapes, epoxy putty bars, epoxy industrial pastes, and epoxy potting compounds offer a wide range of easy-to-use epoxy products for do-it-yourself and industrial use. Each is formulated to deliver optimum performance in a specific type of application. Some are fast-cure for quick, strong emergency repairs; others are slower cure for reconstruction, molding and sculpting. Some have NSF Standard 61 certification for use with drinking water. All are user-friendly, low-hazard products for tough, permanent repairs. All have excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and solvents.

Sealants and Caulks
A variety of high-performance joint sealants with excellent adhesion to various building materials has been developed by PSI for interior and exterior OEM and construction applications, includingsilicone, polyurethane, polysulfide, and hybrid sealants. Each sealant product is formulated to meet a specific need based on temperature, substrate, and exposure conditions. Our durable, flexible sealants keep out weather, moisture and dirt as they compensate for dynamic joint movement and temperature changes. Many are low-VOC products that meet strict regulatory requirements. Some also function as adhesives.

Polymeric Systems' commitment to customers' needs includes custom and toll manufacturing services. PSI works closely with customers to develop, produce, and package the product the customers needs. Whether manufacturing from a PSI formula or a customer formula, the same careful attention is given to ensure the product is correctly prepared to the customer's specifications. Polymeric Systems operates sophisticated manufacturing equipment, including vacuum-type mixers and high speed dispersers. On-going investment in process technology enables PSI to manufacture special-purpose products with unique properties. The company's extensive facilities offer the versatility to manufacture quantities from one-gallon trial batches to upwards of thousands of gallons.
Private LabelingPolymeric Systems proudly offers a line of products available for private labeling - the same quality and variety you have come to expect from PSI, but with the customer's label. Many companies utilize this service and these products to complete their product line. Some realize that they need a certain product to do a specific job. They may not have the manufacturing or packaging space or the technology to develop and manufacture such products. These products undergo the same careful QC, manufacturing and packaging processes as PSI-branded products. Products available for private label include:
PSI and the EnvironmentFrom the beginning, protecting the environment has been an integral part of PSI's product development objectives. PSI is the industry's leading formulator of low-VOC, non-hazardous modified silane, silicone and polymer-based products. Most of our product formulations are completely free of solvents, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and toxic chemicals. This makes them user-friendly and avoids any contamination to the environment. Part of PSI's product development process includes examination of various packaging types to determine how best to protect the product during transit and storage, yet add only the minimal amount to the waste stream at the consumer's end. PSI also has a plant-wide waste reduction program that is regularly examined to reduce the amount of waste stream from office and manufacturing operations. Additionally, our manufacturing processes are designed to comply with the strictest of governmental environmental regulations. At PSI we do our part to protect the environment.
