VICTORIA, BC, Canada -- Poco Systems Inc, makers of the award-winning email software PocoMail and Barca, today announced the release of PocoMail 4 email application. The new version brings powerful new tools to the desktop email market, including the ability to dynamically summarize folders, integrate RSS feeds into email delivery and search email folders with great speed - all with PocoMail's hallmark security features.
The PocoMail 4 interface has been completely revised to streamline common operations and allow for more flexibility. The new interface includes the prominent Focus Box which starts working as soon as any text is entered, dynamically summarizing the current folder and all of its sub-folders. Focus Box also summarizes contacts, rapidly matching contacts from a specific company or from a specific area code on-the-fly. PocoMail retains its safe Preview Pane and Message window not vulnerable to scripting exploits, with extensive control over the security level, including one-click Image Download toggle. New in PocoMail is the Instant Reply feature allowing for 2-second replies without the need for a separate Reply window, with support for AutoText snippets.
