Histerius company
Vesna Sesvecan and Stjepan Skramic founded Histerius company in 2006 with the opening of the Histerius design studio. The same year Histerius presented "Positions and Promotions", a global website aimed at top managers, at the very beginning publishing only C-suite promotions and workplace changes.
The next year they enriched the website with five new sections: "Places to go, or no-no", "On sea, land and in the air", "Design, art and nice stuff", "Small devices for fun" and "In sickness and health", and changed the name to "Positions and Promotions & life after five".
Later that year, in 2007, another two sections were introduced: "Business as usual" and "In the meantime". At the end of March 2009, "Positions and Promotions & life after five" became subscription-based website, closed and aimed exclusively at the target group of readers. Histerius company

Biographies
Vesna Sesvecan - cofounder and CEO of Histerius company. Together with Stjepan Skramic she is the editor and a writer of the global website "Positions and Promotions & life after five".
Ms. Sesvecan graduated from a graphic school and started her career at Grafosistem company in 1989. In 1993 she has joined Croatian Radiotelevision where she worked in the Graphic Department at the same time working at the religious show "Peace and Well" as an assistant director. She also worked as an associate writer at the geography, history and travel magazine "Meridijani" and popular science magazine "Tree of knowledge" for two years.
From 2006 to May 2009 Ms. Sesvecan wrote for Croatian daily business newspaper "Poslovni Dnevnik". She was an associated member of Croatian Film Workers Society from 2003 until March 2008, when she left Croatian Radiotelevision after 15 years of service.
Ms. Sesvecan's last television project was World Men's Handball Championship in January 2009, where she has served as an assistant director for Croatian RTL television broadcasting from Split.
Stjepan Skramic - cofounder of Histerius. Together with Vesna Sesvecan, he is the editor and a writer of the website for top managers "Positions and Promotions & life after five".
After graduating from economic school, Mr. Skramic started his career as a programmer for the F.I.S.T. company in 1990. In 1995, he has joined Litograf company, working in a prepress department as a shift leader and, for a brief period, deputy CEO. After that, he has joined Europapress holding during preparations for new daily newspaper in Croatia, Jutarnji list. While there, he worked in a graphic department and later as an editor.
After that, Mr. Skramic joined Meridijani magazine where he worked as a graphic editor, journalist and deputy editor in charge. He is a co-author of a book "150 geography best". In 2004 he has joined Poslovni Dnevnik where he worked in the graphic department, as a journalist, and where he serves at the editorial board.
