- Ms. Love is a certified care manager and a home health care consultant. As Director and VP of Case Management, she gained experience in working with in-home care management services as well as administration of nursing and care management teams. In 1987, she founded In-Home Vision Services, Inc. which provides ancillary services to residents in long-term care, residential, and assisted living facilities throughout California. Ms. Love founded Platinum Pathways in 2002 to assist seniors with their relocation needs and was the first to bring these kinds of services to the Central Coast.
