Laura is an experienced healthcare professional with a vast range of management experience across the healthcare continuum. In 1998, Laura served as the first president of MACPAD, a non-profit family support organization for families with Inborn Errors of Metabolism disorders. Since co-founding Specialty Diets, Laura has been deploying her experience in healthcare management and technology implementation to successfully manage the company's general operations as well as providing valuable clinical analysis of the company's software product.
Ralph is a highly skilled software engineer with thirteen years of senior development and management experience. Prior to joining Specialty Diets, Ralph served in senior software development and management positions for Siemens Health Services and Daou Systems. Ralph obtained his Masters of Science in Software Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Scranton.
