guess we should start with who to blame for this mess. That would be me, PhotoDude. I bought this domain on August 14, 2001, after much deliberation, to start a community photolog. Of course, then I needed a community, so I spent a lot of time surfing the sites of likely prospects. Invitations went out, and 10 came back with some form of "yes." And so, a community of eleven was created, and I went to work building this beast.
n the future, most decisions will be made by internal consensus of the group, if for no other reason than to spread the blame around, but the original choices, design, policies, and implementation are the doings of one person, me. If you have issues with the framework, or the way things are done, the blame falls on me.
