And if your apparatus is out of service, we’ll know about it. At 8:30 every morning we review the status of each out-of-service apparatus and assign a representative to do whatever it takes to get that truck back on the street as quickly as possible. We stock more than $2 million in Pierce parts, and if your truck is out of service we’ll get you the part you need overnight.
