About the Choirs
Each season, the Choirs produce two concerts involving the entire membership, and two recitals for each group. In addition, all groups perform for community organizations ranging from senior homes, to the Oakland A's and Kristi Yamaguchi's Always Dream Foundation.
The performing level groups have collaborated with major Bay Area performing arts organizations such as the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Opera, Oakland East Bay Symphony, Oakland Symphony Chorus, Berkeley Symphony, and San Francisco Choral Society.
Our choirs have performed in major concert halls all over the world. They have commissioned new choral works that have now become part of the standard repertoire. They have won gold medals and awards of disctinction.
