Pickens County Chamber of Commerce announced at the December Membership Breakfast that Trouts Beverages is the December Small Business of the Month. Julia Jorns with Julia Jorns, CPA, LLC and sponsor of the Small Business of the Month program, awarded owner Jack Short with a framed certificate. Trouts Beverages opened in 2003 with one store and five employees. Quickly it grew to two stores adding another five employees.
