phplivesupport.com and osicodes do not offer support themselves. Once they have your credit card they will charge it again and again without the right and with no response. If you are also being changed by this company talk to your bank about chargebacks to recover your funds.

After e-mailing them and sending them messages via their website. As their live support never seems to be on. They are still charging my credit card for a service canceled months ago. All I can do at the moment is do chargebacks each time they charge my card. I do not recommend these people, their software causes your websites load time to slow and there desktop application caused the computer it was on to crash frequently. Beware. We are now using ProvideSupport.com and we love it as it has no hassels
We used them for close to four years with great success. Around October of 2006, we began to experience problems with them. We needed to update details for the credit card that we had on file, so we sent an email to request the change. We never heard back from them. Fortunately, our card had expired, so we have not had to deal with ongoing charges. With all the competition in the live chat, live support space, I suspect that they may have simply gone out of business. You can knock them for the way that they handled going out of business, but the service was fine while it lasted.
