Ruth Haephrati is the founder of several software ventures, among them Target Eye, Target Data and others. She is an artists and run several blogs such as Photo Pinka and a Knitting blog and web site Masrega. She is married to Michael Haephrati and has 2 daughters.
Ruth’s experience began as a consultant for and supporter of retirees of the Israeli Defense Force. Ruth provided the retirees with the tools to begin a new career after a long military service,also helping them to find new jobs and new directions. After her military service, Ruth joined DSI (a DSSI affiliate) as a recruitment manager. During her duty Ruth was in charge of recruiting and managing human resources for outsourcing management jobs. During her first year in duty Ruth recruited more than 20 new employees. Since 1999 Ruth has been working on User Interface aspects of software development. Being a painter and a graphic designer as well, Ruth contributes to the graphical layout of software packages.
