- Music for Multimedia (MfM) was founded by composer Jason Vitelli as a vehicle for producing music, specifically music that expands the notions surrounding collaborative art. His educational background not only includes music composition, but also incorporates research within the computer sciences and psychobiology. Using this knowledge, he uses technology as a means to further his artistic expression and promote a more creative existence. As more artists become fluent in the use of technology (such as the internet), they will find greater ways to distribute their art and develop their ideas. In time, it allows them the ability to find one another. This ability is essential in order for them to form the fruitful relationships needed to develop their community, their business and their lives. The promotion of artists' creative, entrepreneurial and communal spirit is the main mission of MfM.
