Our first website, QualityMed.com, was launched in November of 1998. Immediately recognizing the importance of affiliate relationships, we launched our first affiliate program within weeks.
Our in-house and affiliated staff are comprised of Internet technology specialists, customer service personnel, physicians, and pharmacists. Our main focus is on proper healthcare for the patient. We utilize secure servers where patients may receive Licensed physician diagnosis and treatment.
The quality of our services begins with the physicians. They exceed the credentials standards set by the National Committee on Quality Assurance. We maintain the highest quality standards for the physicians in our network and insure those standards are met through a rigorous credentialing process. Our credentialing process includes Primary Source Verification of the physician's credentials by a third party professional Certified Verification Organization. Primary Source Verification involves confirming each physician's medical school and residency program completion by contacting the individual programs. We also query the National Practitioner Data Bank for any information regarding the physician. Once these verifications have been completed, our Credentialing Committee meets and reviews each physician's information in detail. Only after approval by our Credentialing Committee, may a physician join our practice. Our quality standards and credentialing process exceed the standards established by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and American Medical Association (AMA).
