Phenneger Morgan & Associates, Inc. (P&A) is based out of Spokane, WA. Our office is located in Marycliff Hall on the South Hill overlooking downtown. P&A also has an office presence in Coeur d'Alene, ID. P&A's sister company, Phenneger & Morgan (P&M), is also located in Spokane, WA. P&M specializes in the administration of ESOP's and other defined benefit plans.
Phenneger Morgan & Associates, Inc. has become the Northwest's recognized leader in the design, implementation, and administration of Employee Stock Ownership Plans. Since 1981, P&A has successfully designed and implemented hundreds of ESOP's throughout the Northwest and other parts of the United States. Transactions included companies ranging in size from 15 employees to 1,200 employees with revenues in excess of $300,000,000. In these transactions, P&A and P&M were responsible for the design, implementation and placement of ESOP debt as well as the administration of the ESOPs following implementation. P&M is regarded as the Pacific Northwest's most experienced administrator of leveraged ESOPs.
P&A's management of the buyout process includes preliminary analysis, interim negotiations between management and unions, development of financial memorandums and the development of comprehensive plans for the acquisition of financing and capital investment for the acquisition. Ongoing employee communications and final implementation and administration of the ESOP are also included in the buyout process.
