Description
I was born in Galicia (northwest Iberian Peninsula) the 24 of March of 1976.
In 1994 I went to the University of Santiago de Compostela to study Economics. I spend one academic year (2001/2002) studying at the Université du Maine (France). When I'm back, I get my degree in 2003 and a Master in Finance in 2004, the year when I also start my PhD studies.
While my first years at the University I join AIESEC, the international student association. Joining AIESEC was one of the experiences that would changed my life, assuming all kind of responsibilities at different levels.
From AIESEC, I take my interest in training and developing personal skills and it is preparing my PhD thesis when I go deep studying Sustainability. Nowadays, these are the issues I'm most interested in: training social leadership and implementing sustainable strategies.
Concerning the first one, I have collaborated with several organisations and universities in different training projects, mainly concerning leadership, motivation and strategic planning. In order to take the most of these experiences, in 2005 I've founded denha with the help of one of the persons I most admire in this world. We're still starting up with this project which aims to become an open space for social skills training and development.
On the other hand, regarding sustainability I have collaborated on the Galician Strategy for a Sustainable Development and nowadays I work on strategic sustainable assessment for the Xunta de Galicia and collaborate, advising SEA Galicia in several projects on the fields of strategy and sustainability.
