Jim Moats is a regional expert on high performance teams. In addition to developing PeerPlace, a coaching and advisory service for mid-market private companies, Jim serves 15 CEOs as a Vistage Chair. In that capacity he facilitates CEO and key executive peer-groups. Prior to founding PeerPlace, Jim served in a variety of CEO and Corporate Senior Executive roles, most recently InfoStream, American Express, and First Data Corp. Jim also led a non-profit organization helping people in Central Asia.
