- We started our business in 1981 with a Commodore computer and no off the shelf software. Our first client needed 800 records sorted by lot number and a report produced. It took overnight to sort the records on the computer. We can now sort 100,000 records in a flash. Our next project was the development of our own Saturation database (every address in a zip code in the order the mail person does their delivery). This sometimes forced one of my sons to write down house numbers as I drove the streets shouting them out as we passed by them. We used the Saturation database to do mailings with detached address labels known as marriage mail. For years, we provided stuffing, fundraising opportunities for church groups, cheerleaders, band boosters, scouting troops, etc.
