Title
Pacific Center for the Photographic Arts
Description
The Pacific Center for the Photographic Arts was the vision of late photojournalist Ted Streshinsky and current PCPA president Elnora Lee.
Co-founders Streshinsky and Lee conceived the PCPA as a place to celebrate the art of photography, promote discussion through the art, the artists, and the subject matter, and educate the public about the future of photography—and its many digital facets.
The PCPA will celebrate any photograph from any photographer, from the past or the present, that is composed and executed with artistry, touches the heart or engages the mind, makes a statement, tells us something about the human condition or the natural world, or simply pleases us for its extraordinary beauty.
