We are a small appliance parts distributor located in the Panhandle of Florida. Our business has successfully been serving our local community for over the past 15 years. We use UPS for all of our shipping needs. The rates are as follows: Ground ($6.00), 2-Day Air ($14.95), Next Day Air ($35.00)
All parts come with a 1-Year warranty. If a part is defective, return it within a year with a copy of your receipt and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Also, if we accidentally ship you the wrong part, call us and we'll correct the situation as fast as possible. If you order a part that we normally stock (not a special order item) and change your mind about installing it (meaning it is never put on) simply send it back with the receipt and we'll refund the price of the part. We can not give refunds on installed electrical parts or special order items. Most return situations are best handled over the phone, so please call us with your warranty or return questions at 1-888-302-1525.
