About Pacon
Pacon Corporation located in Appleton, Wisconsin is a leading producer of Paper, Educational Aids and Arts & Crafts products for the school and art markets. We have been supplying the school market with paper products since 1951. We are located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Fox River Valley, which has one of the world's largest concentrations of paper production facilities and paper-related industries. Our main manufacturing facility encompasses approximately 200,000 square feet and houses sophisticated converting machinery, systems, and packaging equipment.
Pacon is part of the Van Hoof Companies, which includes Warehouse Specialists, Inc., Superior Specialties, Inc., and Pacon Corporation. Warehouse Specialists, Inc. currently operates over twelve million square feet of public warehousing and logistics throughout the United States. Superior Specialties, Inc. has been producing Seamless Background Papers for the photographic and display industries for over 40 years.
In September of 2002, Pacon acquired the assets of Bemiss-Jason Corporation which strengthened Pacon’s position in the markets it serves by adding well known brand names in the paper category as well as new categories of Educational Aids and Arts & Crafts. The Bemiss-Jason Display Division, also part of the Van Hoof Companies, markets decoration and display materials and manufactures Corobuff® single faced corrugated paper.
