Welcome to the new Pacific Harbors Council Website The Pacific Harbors Council, Boy Scouts of America annually serves more than 18,000 young people across Southwestern Washington State. Our administrative offices are located in Tacoma and Tumwater, Washington but we serve 7 counties including: Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Gray's Harbor, Pacific and portions of Mason and King counties.
