Description
PACE is a Palestinian NGO whose mission is to promote Palestinian culture through education, cultural heritage preservation, research, and exchange programs. The organization is committed to the rich history, diversity, and resources of Palestine and therefore to supporting an agenda that both protects heritage and promotes change.
PACE recognizes that to uphold its vision and make a significant contribution to Palestinian Culture, it must work with the local community, the youth, women’s groups, students and educators as well as international organizations and exchange programs.
A group of Palestinian academics, writers and other professionals who are committed to Palestinian heritage and the strengthening of Palestinian culture founded PACE in 1996. The organization is headed by a Board of Trustees elected, by a General Assembly composed of Palestinian academics and professionals.
