- Outpour Ministries is highly committed to being vessels for use by God to pour out His spirit, as stated in Acts 2:17-21. Verse 17 reads, "In the last days, I will pour our my spirit upon all flesh." We operate by move of the Holy spirit to preach good tidings, heal the broken hearted, and proclaim liberty to those captive. - Isaiah 61:1 We currently have Bible study, and Prayer. All ages. As growth permits, we will certainly incorporate more. :-) As a young Ministry, we seek to "GROW with God's flow."
