Ourbestdietpills.com is written by ex-Fatso that manage to lose weight and keep it that way. We tried many different things to achieve this, from the diet plan to fitness exercise, from diet pills to natural supplements. We try to describe what we tried and how it went or to find out new ways to get slim or keep your weight on track.

This doesn't mean we are absolute experts and you should follow and try everything we say. Everyone is different and some stuff we tried work for one of us and not for the other; just read and try to understand the possible trouble you would find with that particular diet or taking that pills or how much we suffer or succeed in a workout.

BTW the fact that we were fat men doesn't mean this will not work for women, but maybe it would just slightly different.
