Voice mail. Seemed like a good idea at the time, didn't it? You can call a service and get your messages from anywhere and it worked just like an answering machine.
Not anymore. Like bottles of bleach and McDonalds coffee the Powers That Be have decided to idiot proof the voice mail system. It appears THEY think that simply leaving a message after the tone is too complicated for most of us to understand.
