Origin Health was founded by Kesh Patel, a respected and experienced specialist in the field of therapeutic and performance exercise. He has a Masters degree in Exercise and Health Science, and a degree in Nutrition and Physiology. He holds further qualifications in Pilates, Sports Therapy and Performance Psychology, is a Registered Nutritionist and licensed NLP Master Practitioner.
The Origin Health clinic in Guildford specializes in rehabilitation, conditioning and performance health, providing innovative and effective solutions for health and well being. Our functional and integrated approach to musculoskeletal dysfunction allows us to work closely with individuals ranging from post-surgery patients to elite athletes, alongside a number of different health practitioners in both the rehabilitation and performance arenas.
Kesh is dedicated to the pursuit of education and development, and continues to push the boundaries of exercise science and rehabilitation via sound practical teaching and evidence-based research. This is reflected in his holistic approach to treatment, uniting the classical approaches of movement education with contemporary exercise training methods. His personal interests in posture, somatic education, functional exercise and neuro-linguistic programming have allowed him to effectively develop new and inventive methods to enhance health and performance.
