- For over 40 years the Oregon Natural Market has been selling high quality nutritional supplements and foods in the Eastern Oregon/Southwest Idaho area. With a “handshake and a smile” Doug and Kenon Chase (Chase’s Health Foods, Boise, ID.) purchased the Market in 1971 from Lloyd Kerns. At the time, the market was located across from the Red Apple grocery store where it remained for the next 31 years. In 1996, Michael Chase (third generation) incorporated the market and began to oversee its daily operations. Today, with over 20 years of combined experience, Michael and Emily continue the family tradition of bringing honesty, integrity, and quality to natural products retailing.
