In 2002 the LineView system was specifically mentioned by the Cranfield Best Factory awards for its role in helping Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd Edmonton win an award for Best Household and Consumer Goods Factory.
LineView is similar to most SCADA systems in that it monitors signals from production machine PLC's in real time.LineView uses the 6 losses of OEE to identify losses to a critical machine on a production line.The key strength of the LineView system is that it is incredibly easy to use and highly visual in how the data is presented.LineView can also be provided with a data mining tool to really drill down into your data.

Born in 2001 and originally conceived as FMCG automation specialists OptimumFX initially developed the LineView system with Coca-Cola Enterprises. Since then OptimumFX have primarily focussed on helping our customers drive productivity through systems. In 2005 OptimumFX moved away from acting primarily as ‘system suppliers’ and changed the focus of the business to ‘helping customers improve productivity’. This has fundamentally changed how they work – they measure projects on return on investment and the successful implementation of sustainable improvement. At this point OptimumFX started recruiting an implementation team with extensive experience working successfully at the highest levels in manufacturing environments implementing activities that drive productivity and cut costs. The OptimumFX team have amassed more than 40 years of experience worked in companies like Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd, Geest, Ricoh, Cadbury-Schweppes, Northern Foods and Autotrader.
To support their implementation process the team at OptimumFX include a registered Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a registered Practitioner of NLP.
