In the course of his work, running his own Chartered Accountancy practice, Russell was frequently asked by his clients to provide help and advice on a range of company formation and development issues as well as advising clients how to set up offshore companies.
From these numerous enquiries and his subsequent research, Russell identified a significant gap in the market and created a company specifically tailored to help companies, small businesses and individuals expand their businesses into Europe – openAeuropeancompany.com.
In 2004, openAeuropeancompany.com expanded and two new directors joined the company. In response to the growing demand from its increasing international client base, the company also widened its range of services and increased its European and international network.
