-I agree. Oofay.com is nothing they promise. Instead of the fast, reliable service they promise, you get scattered amounts of gold (if you receive it at all!) and the lack of communication with the customers is staggering.
-Jupp. I agree too. I'm now waitin over for two weeks for my refund. I've been assured seversal times that I will recieve my refund within 12 hours. Nothing happend at all. And every time I contacted the live chat (or the phone - where you have to try at least 50 times in order to be answered) they first wanted me to take the gold anyway. After telling them that I do really want the refund the always asked "Did you tell us before?"
If I'd new earlier that oofay.com is such a crap, I would have ordere my Gold from somewhere esle.
As already said above, oofay has not given me my gold, and it has been weeks...i cannot get ahold of anyone, the live chat doesnt work, and im really frustrated at those chiese ladies that insist on calling my house when my mom would be like wtf why are chinese ladies calling the house???!!!

-JAC (20MAR2008) In fairness, Live Chat worked for me when I camped out on their website, sometimes for an hour, sometimes more quickly. Regardless of their intent, the website statements are simply FALSE and MISLEADING. They were unable to deliver a simple order of 700 G on a US WOW server in 8 days, so I've marked it up as a reminder to do better research when ordering from companies such as this ... "Caveat emptor".

It's really weird all those negative comments cose i've been using oofay for a while now and never had such problems ok mabe sometimes delivery took few days but nothing major, as i usualy order around 3000golds, but they never took my money and never deliver. oofay europe seems to perform much better than US one but i guess it's the same people...so i don't understand.

I did get it all in a single transaction. However, I just used them again this past week, and they have taken my money. I do not have any gold yet, and it appears their web site no longer exist!!!! - Val_leslie (frustrated) : I was unfortunate to come across this website while searching for a reputable site to place an order for merchandise. I did not blindly order from them. I went through their "live chat" website and spoke with a representative who answered my questions of concern and gave unwavering assurance that I had found the right place to do business. Well, to say I was mislead is a gross understatement! I was blatantly lied to! If this blog prevents one other person from believing their lies it will have been worth it to take the time to write this. I have reported this site to Pay Pal and am in the process of having my money returned. The statement I received from Pay Pal said if enough complaints were logged against this company their Pay Pal rights would be revolked. I do hope that any customers who have used Pay Pal will write to them so this company will not be able to use this avenue to steal from anyone else.
