Our company history One Choice Mortgage was founded by Michael Walters who has extensive experience in both the retail and wholesale mortgage industry. He began in the retail mortgage loan market in 1991 with his family owned business. By 1993 he was instrumental in the development of a wholesale division with innovative products in the Non-Conforming market. In 2001 he branched out on his own and formed One Choice Mortgage, LLC.
